Participants understand and agree that the Company and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents are not acting in the capacity of doctors, educators, nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, counselors or in any other licensed or registered professional capacity. Any and all services provided by the Company and any dialogue between the Company or the Company’s representatives and every participant does not constitute and does not take the place of advice by such professionals. The participant has chosen to work with the Company voluntarily and understands that the information received should not be viewed as and does not constitute medical, educational, psychological, psychiatric, nursing, counseling or other licensed professional advice and is not meant to and does not take the place of seeking out, consulting with and seeing licensed professionals. Any information made available via the services of the Company shall not be relied upon and shall never by construed to be licensed professional advice, and under no circumstances shall we be liable or responsible for any damages arising out of or in any way relating to our services or the use of our services and content. The services of the Company do not replace or substitute licensed therapy and medical advice, plans and treatment.
